How do you get the best price on a Toyota car?
Toyota has announced a new car with a “premium” pricing scheme that makes it easier to get a high-quality product at an affordable price.
The price for the RAV4, the company’s first entry-level sedan, starts at £26,927.
It is £9,848 cheaper than the previous entry-tier Toyota Supra.
The top-of-the-range Toyota Camry, meanwhile, is £28,977.
“The new RAV series offers consumers the chance to buy premium value,” said a Toyota spokesperson.
“This means they can experience a premium interior, a luxurious exterior and a luxury sound system.”
“With the Toyota RAV 4, we’ve introduced the next level of comfort, refinement and performance,” added Nissan, whose new crossover is priced at £35,064.
The Japanese automaker will launch a new model of its popular EV next year.
“These new vehicles are driven by the passion and drive of our owners,” Nissan said.
“Our goal is to deliver vehicles that are the best in the world.”
The RAV Series, which will include a hatchback, a wagon, a sedan and a small crossover, is expected to be launched later this year.
In a bid to help boost sales, Toyota announced that its next-generation crossover, the RIV, will be available from next month.
The RIV is expected be launched next year and will be powered by a 1.6-litre turbocharged diesel engine.
The engine will be the same as the one in the new Toyota Supras and the Nissan Altima.
The Nissan RIV will cost £30,000 more than the Toyota Suprapac, and will come with a four-wheel drive system.
